What are the campground rules?
CampGround Quiet Time from 1am - 7am
No motorcycles allowed to be operated on the horse track
Rules enforced by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and Local / Federal Law Enforcement
Contained outdoor fires allowed unless the Southern Ute Indian Tribe is under Fire Restrictions or a Fire Ban
Leashed pets allowed and shall not be left unattended. Owners need to clean up after their pets.
When does camping open/close?
Campground gates opens 9:00 a.m. Friday, September 2, and will close Monday, September 5, check-out by noon.
Can I check-in at any hour?
Yes! We will have security postioned at the front gates 24 hours a day to check-in campers and check for wristbands and car passes upon entering.
Are there bathrooms and showers?
There will be plenty of porta-potties distributed throughout the campground, which will be maintained each day. Shower facilities will also be available for use by campers.
What’s the difference between a Tent Camping spot and an RV spot?
Tent camp sites are 10ft by 20ft and can accommodate up to 1 car OR 2 bikes. The $100 fee includes two wristbands. Up to 2 additional wristbands may be purchased for $25 each.
RV camp sites are 20ft by 50ft and can accommodate a motorhome or one truck and trailer. The $300 fee includes 4 wristbands. Up to 4 additional wristbands may be purchased for $25 each.
Is there overflow parking?
Yes! Overflow parking is available. Each vehicle parking at the campsites will require a permit to be displayed on the dashboard. All additional vehicles may utilize the overflow lot.
Do you need a wristband to enter the campground?
All persons will need to display their camper wristband to security located at the front gate in order to enter the campground.
Are kids allowed in the campground?

Yes. All kids must have a wristband-- 12 or younger are free.
I only want to camp for one or two nights. Do I need to pay the full amount?
Each space is reserved for the duration of Rally weekend. Whether you camp for one night or three nights, you must pay the full fee.
Are campsites available with hookups?
All RV and tent camping sites are DRY. There are no electric, sewage, or water hookups located at the individual campsites.
Is there a dump station for RVs?
Yes! While it is dry camping, there is a dump station located on the property.
How far is the campground from other Rally locations?
To Sky Ute Casino Resort: 1.8 miles
To Durango Harley-Davidson: 22 miles
To Downtown Durango: 24 miles
To La Plata County Fairgrounds: 25 miles
To Purgatory Ski Resort: 51 miles
Is there transportation to/from the campground?
We are not currently supplying transportation to and from the campground to other rally locations. We are working with a local Sober Driver company and will supply that information soon. Uber/Lyft are available in the area, but are very few and far between. Do not rely on ride share apps.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Dogs are allowed at the campground. All dogs must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended.
What will the weather be like?
The average high is in the mid to high-70s and the average low is in the mid to high-40s.
What should I bring?
As there are no electrical hook-ups, we recommend packing a portable battery pack (extra points if it is solar powered!)
Waterproof tent (rain is possible)
Reusable water bottle (refill stations on site)
Rain gear (especially if you plan on riding the Million Dollar Hwy)
A good attitude :)

What hotel should I stay at?
We have partner hotels offering discounted rates for Four Corners Motorcycle Rally attendees located on the “Hotel Reservations” tab.
Sky Ute Casino Resort will be home to The Brawl, Unknown Industries Stunt Shows, the BMW demo truck, the Royal Enfield demo truck, vendors, and more!
Other hotels, located in Downtown Durango, will put you closer to Durango Harley-Davidson, the La Plata County Fairgrounds, and 10th & Main.
Will there be any live music?
Yes! We have two incredible bands performing at the BMW Motorcycles Block Party benefiting Building Homes for Heroes. The Block Party takes place on 10th and Main in Downtown Durango on Friday, September 2 from 6-10PM.

When and where are the stunt shows?
The Brawl will take place on Saturday, September 3, from 12-3PM at the Sky Ute Casino Resort!
Unknown Industries will be performing two times on Saturday, September 3, at the La Plata County Fairgrounds before the Slippin’ Sideways Flat Track Races and three times on Sunday, September 4, at the Sky Ute Casino.
What is The Brawl?
Founded in 2017, The “The Brawl” is a first of its kind, V-Twin specific, motorcycle stunt contest catering to the massive movement of Harley-Davidson stunt riding. The invite-only event caters to high-talented stunt riders who recently have been the driving force in the increasingly popular V-Twin motorcycle stunting demographic.
An over-all impression scored event, with a judging panel of motorcycle industry icons including Jeremy “Twitch’ Stenberg, Seth Brisson, Carey Hart, Vicki Golden, Ashley “Smash Stunts” Lammela, Josh Herrin, Aaron Guardado and others are brought in to score these competitive riders on their overall impression to see who will be the “King of the lot”.

Will there be any Bike Shows?
V-Twin Visionary Performance Bike Show – Saturday, September 3, at Durango Harley-Davidson – Who better to host a performance motorcycle show than our friends at V-Twin Visionary?! Durango Harley-Davidson will be taken over by bikes loaded with performance parts and accessories!
Durango Darlings Women’s Motorcycle Show – Saturday, September 3, at 10th and Main – following the Durango Darlings Ride, the women will have the opportunity to include their bikes in the women’s only motorcycle show!

How do I register to race?

Will there be food/drinks at the races?
Yes! The La Plata County Fairgrounds kitchen will be open for business during the races as well as multiple bars! (VIP experience has access to the VIP bar)
Restaurants and bars will also be serving up food and refreshments at Purgatory Ski Resort during the Hill Climb races!
Is there parking at the races?
There is ample parking at both the La Plata County Fairgrounds and Purgatory Ski Resort. Follow the signs for motorcycle/car parking!
Do I need tickets to the races?
The Slippin’ Sideways Flat Track Races REQUIRE A TICKET to enter.
The Hill Climb Races are FREE for spectators.
What is included in the VIP experience at the Flat Track Races?
VIP Parking, Entry into the races, VIP Seating, 2 Drink Tickets, VIP Bar Access, and a Special Gift
What demo trucks will be at the Rally?

Are there any group rides?
DS-550 Run – This group ride leaves from Durango Harley-Davidson on Saturday morning, goes up the world famous US 550, and ends in the historic mining town of Silverton. Upon arrival, riders will have the opportunity to take a photo with the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train and the Bayfield Belles. The Silverton Gunfighters Association will also be there to treat participants with a ‘gun fight’! All participants will receive a limited edition DS-550 Run patch and pin!
Durango Darlings – The Durango Darlings Women’s Only Ride and Bike Show is held on Saturday, September 3. Ladies will check-in at Durango Harley-Davidson to receive their limited edition Durango Darlings pin and leave on a scenic ride as a group. The ride will end at 10th and Main in Downtown Durango, where the women will have the opportunity to enter their bikes in the women’s only bike show! Lunch will be provided to all registered participants.
Four Corners Motorcycle Rally Parade – Our annual parade takes place on Sunday, September 4. Meet at the Durango Transit Center Parking Lot for staging (and a burrito breakfast benefiting Building Homes for Heroes) from 9-10:30AM. The parade will begin promptly at 11AM. At the end of Main Street, the group will continue up the US550 to Purgatory Ski Resort for the Hill Climb Races.

The average high in September is mid to high-70s, with average lows in the mid to high-40s. Rain is a possibility, so it’s best to be prepared!

Is there a hot spring nearby?
We highly recommend checking out the Durango Hot Springs! The Durango Hot Springs’ amenities include 26 unique thermal mineral water features, including 16 natural mineral soaking pools, 8 private Japanese-inspired cedar soaking tubs, reflexology walking path, and a rain tower. Other amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, concession area, and cold plunge pool.
Is there a lake or river to go swimming in?
Yes, Lake Nighthorse, Lake Vallecito, and the Animas River are all in the area and great for a refreshing dip!
