ELIGIBILITY: The Four Corners Motorcycle Rally Giveaway (the "Promotion”) is offered only in the state of Colorado to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older who are attendees at the Four Corners Motorcycle Rally, Durango, CO September 3 – 6, 2026 (“Event”) who are not otherwise ineligible as provided herein (“entrants”). IN ADDITION TO EXECUTION OF A WINNER RELEASE AT THE EVENT, POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VALID U.S. MOTORCYCLE LICENSE AND LEGALLY SUFFICIENT MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE PRIOR TO PRIZE AWARD, OR ELSE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. Employees, officers, directors of Four Corners Motorcycle Rally ("Sponsor” or “Organizer”), its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, agents, contractors, advertising/promotion agencies and individuals engaged in the development, production, administration, or distribution of materials for, execution or implementation of this Promotion (all collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse (including domestic partners), siblings, children and parents including foster and step-relations) or those living in their same household (whether or not related), other Event sponsors and/or Event exhibitors (and their employees and representatives) are not eligible to enter or win a prize.  

By entering, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules, the information provided by Promotion Entities in connection with the Promotion, and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding with respect to all matters pertaining to this Promotion. By entering, you agree to be contacted with information about the Promotion including Event reminders, potential winner notification, and prize fulfillment if applicable. You may opt out from receiving marketing communications from Sponsor at any time without affect to your entry. 

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion starts on or about 2:00 pm Mountain Time (“MT”) on September 3, 2026 and ends on or about 6:00 pm MT on September 6, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).  Due to the nature of this Event and live elements incorporated into this Promotion, times are approximations only. Tickets (defined below) will be available and entries accepted only at the Booth when Sponsor’s representatives are present and available to administer this Promotion, anticipated to be approximately as follows: Sept 3 2 pm - 10 pm, Sept 4 10 am - 10 pm, Sept 5 10 am - 10 pm, Sept 6 10 am - 6 pm, and only while Ticket supplies last. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion and any element thereof at any time in its absolute discretion. 

TO ENTER:  During the Promotion Period, near to the entry gate to the Event eligible attendees will be given an official entry ticket with a unique number (“Ticket”) included for free in their Monster Energy® branded Prize Pack purchase ($20 retail; items may include Monster branded merchandise, item and/or sticker with approximate retail value (“ARV”) $20). To enter without purchasing a Prize Pack, complete the form in full and show your completed form to the sponsor's booth staff to receive a ticket. The perforated Ticket stub from the Ticket (with matching unique number) must be torn off from each Ticket, eligible entrants legibly handwrite their name, contact phone number and age on the bottom part of the Ticket, check the box agreeing to these Rules, and enter it into the official drawing receptacle located at the Event (“Entry”); the remaining portion of the same Ticket stub must be kept in its original state by each entrant. Limit ten (10) Entries per person/per day. Limit one prize for the entire Promotion. The purpose of the visit to Sponsor’s booth is to interact with Sponsor’s representatives about Sponsor’s product offerings, to enter the Promotion, and to respond to prize announcement if applicable at the time of the drawing. Once submitted, Entry cannot be modified, deleted or cancelled. Entries that are incomplete, untimely, appear not to have been submitted in good-faith, or that appear to be completed or submitted by other than the named entrant will be disqualified. 

DRAWING/WINNER SELECTION: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held at or about approximately 7:00 pm MT by Sponsor’s authorized representatives from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected potential winning Ticket number will be publicly announced at La Plata County Fairgrounds Four Corners Motorcycle Rally/Progressive Insurance Main Stage at approximately 7:00 pm on September 6, 2026. POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE DRAWING AND MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO CLAIM AND WIN THE PRIZE or else prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate eligible winner. Potential winner will have 2 minutes to make their way to the Progressive Stage. If the potential winner does not come to the stage within 2 minutes of the announcement, the next potential winner will be drawn. In order to claim the prize, potential winner will be required to keep their Ticket safe, present their original Ticket upon announcement of their matching Ticket numbers at the designated location, and their Ticket numbers must exactly match the numbers as announced and as reflected on the Ticket selected in the drawing, or else potential winner will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for Tickets that are lost, stolen, misplaced, destroyed, appear to be altered, reproduced or copied, or that are in whole or in part, illegible, damaged, torn or the material part of the Ticket is otherwise unreadable. Such Tickets will not be replaced, will be void, and will not be honored for prize award. If potential winner fails to identify themself once announced at the Event, is non-compliant, or is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Once publicly notified, potential winner will not be notified again. These Official Rules shall control and serve to clarify any confusion, discrepancy, error or mistake communicated in any and all notifications. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is intercepted, unheard, not received or not timely acted upon by the potential winner for any reason, and prize will be immediately forfeited. IN ADDITION TO EXECUTION OF A WINNER DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY, LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE AT THE EVENT, POTENTIAL WINNER WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VALID U.S. MOTORCYCLE LICENSE AND LEGALLY SUFFICIENT MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE PRIOR TO PRIZE AWARD, OR ELSE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. Once a winner is confirmed they will receive the prize at the Event. However, if winner is unable to take the prize at the Event, Sponsor may in its discretion, arrange for the prize to be kept at the local Durango Harley Davidson dealership for a period of up to sixty (60) days, during which time winner must collect the prize or arrange for transportation of the prize to their legal residence at their sole cost and expense.  

All information provided must be accurate and complete.  Entries must be complete, compliant, submitted only via the official entry method described herein, and received by Sponsor within the Promotion Period. Sponsor has the right to verify entrants’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and, on the basis of its investigation, to disqualify any Entry/entrant at any time and require immediate prize return if applicable.  Entries may only be submitted by individuals; group or commercial submissions are not permissible.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same device, IP or email address. Entrants may not (whether apparent or suspected) enter through a sweepstakes club or exchange sites (or similar method, whether paid or not), with multiple or false identities, accounts, or devices, or use multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, or use any other device or artifice to enter. Engaging directly or indirectly in any (apparent or suspected) artifice, cheating, fraud, spamming, phishing, on-line sweepstakes clubs (or similar methods), exchange sites, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like participation methods as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, will void all such Entries, and disqualify any entrant suspected of using/benefitting directly or indirectly from such methods. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize to any potential winner if Sponsor reasonably believes awarding the prize will have a detrimental impact on Sponsor, this Promotion, or any of Sponsor’s brands, products or services or those of any Promotion Entity. Any Entrant suspected (in Sponsor’s or its representatives’ discretion) of cheating, fraud, or artifice to participate in the Promotion or any element thereof, or who acts in a threatening, abusive, unsportsmanlike, rude or obnoxious manner (in Sponsor’s sole determination), or is suspected of being ineligible or noncompliant will be disqualified immediately and will forfeit the opportunity to enter and/or receive a prize. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, non-compliant, illegible, delayed, destroyed, damaged, not received, undelivered, or misdirected entries (in whole or in part). 

YOUR USE OF A MOBILE DEVICE: If an Entrant is participating in the Promotion via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply.  Entrant should consult his/her wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans.  Participation may not be available on all mobile devices, as not all mobile devices or cellular telephone providers have the capabilities or carry the service necessary to participate. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. 

GRAND PRIZE (1): a 2026 Harley Davidson® Lowrider ST motorcycle in Black with Chrome Trim (“Prize”). M.S.R.P.: USD $25,849. 

All federal, state and local taxes (which are anticipated to be significant) are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding tax implications of their prize winning.  Winner is solely responsible for any and all fees and/or costs including title, license, registration, and insurance incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Prize. Prize must be picked up at the Event, or within 14 days as provided herein above or will be forfeited.  Upon delivery to winner, winner assumes all costs, responsibility, damages, liability and expenses relating directly or indirectly to the Prize thereafter, and agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and all other Promotion Entities from any and all threatened or actual claims, actions, responsibilities, damages, and liabilities relating thereto or arising therefrom, now and in the future, whatever the cause.

Limit one (1) Prize. Only the description, denomination and Prize as stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion.  In no event will Promotion Entities be responsible to award more than the stated number of prizes herein. Prize will be awarded only assuming sufficient eligible Entries are received. If because of communication, technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors or for any other reason, there are more claims for the Prize than prizes offered as stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible non-suspect claimants in such category to award the Prize.  

Prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for monetary cash, or substituted in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Prize, and any element thereof, may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, or placed into any other unauthorized channels of distribution. Any prize displayed in any advertising or promotion materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ALL VALID MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES, PRIZE IS PROVIDED BY SPONSOR "AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any non-Sponsor third party logos or trademarks in connection with this Promotion are registered trademarks or trademarks of the item’s respective owner/manufacturer, which are neither sponsors nor otherwise affiliated with this Promotion. Motorcycle used as the Prize with permission. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants and winner agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless (“release”) Sponsor, Organizer, other Promotion Entities (referred to collectively as “Promotion Entities”), their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, and their respective entities, and each of their officers, employees, shareholders, successors, assigns, contractors, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all threatened or actual claims, debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, judgments, settlements (whether or not litigation is commenced), obligations, damages (including without limitation wrongful death, bodily or personal injury and disability), losses, accounts, reckonings, executions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), property damages and any other losses, penalties or fines whatsoever of any kind or nature, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, asserted or un-asserted, existing now or arising in the future (“Disputes”) asserted in, arising out of or based upon participation (or inability to participate) in the Promotion, the use of the entry in whole or in part, any Promotion and/or Prize-related activity or inability to participate in parts thereof, the delivery, acceptance, use, mis-use of the Prize or any failure with respect thereto, personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), all whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, any act, default, omission, non-compliance, and/or a violation or breach of any agreement, representation, warranty or covenant made herein, or any other agreements by/with entrant, winner, the Promotion Entities, and/or any other party or entity. Further, to the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting the foregoing, entrants and winner covenant not to sue any Released Party or cause them to be sued regarding any matter released herein, and further covenant not to disaffirm, limit or rescind these releases. A waiver by one or more of the Promotion Entities of any term in these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of any other provision. Any provision determined to be invalid shall be stricken to the extent of its invalidity and the remainder of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPATION (OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE) IN PROMOTION AND/OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITIES, THE USE OF THE ENTRY IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THE DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, USE, MIS-USE OF A PRIZE OR ANY FAILURE WITH RESPECT THERETO OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF, OR ACCESS TO, AND USE OF ANY PLATFORMS OR WEBSITE(S) OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE(S).  Without limiting the foregoing, this Promotion is provided "AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering and/or accepting Prize, entrants and winner hereby irrevocably consent, where lawful, to the use (but without obligation) by Sponsor (and its affiliated companies and their respective authorized representatives) of their name, image, photographs, videotape, likeness, hometown name, biographical information, voice, any statements (provided they are true) made by entrants and/or winner when participating in Promotion activities,  regarding the Promotion, and/or Sponsor or its products for publicity, trade, advertising, promotional and any other commercial purposes in all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, Sponsor’s and unrelated third parties social media platforms, mobile devices, and World Wide Web, without additional compensation, and without the right of review, notification or approval.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, or stolen entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, devices, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed equipment, computer, network, telephone, satellite, cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or network, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, incompatibility, or  errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any information, nor for the failure to capture any such information.  Event specifics may vary and are subject to raincheck and cancellation provisions of Organizer. Persons who are suspected of fraud, artifice, cheating, tampering with, or abusing any aspect of the Promotion or any element thereof, including but not limited to use of robotics, bots, malware, or other unauthorized devices or participation methods, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified.  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer or (mobile) device related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or uploading materials from or use of any platform or Website.  Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by any cause which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries or ability to notify a winner, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion or any element thereof; if not terminated, Sponsor will determine entrants and/or winner(s) from eligible entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair.  In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, inconsistency, printing or any other error or miscommunication in any advertising, brochures, Promotion materials, announcements and/or any other information or communications by any person/entity in whatever media/medium relating to this Promotion or any element thereof, these Official Rules shall govern. 

FORCE MAJEURE: Promotion Entities shall not be liable to entrants, winner or any other person or entity for failure to execute the Promotion or any element thereof or supply a prize, or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s) order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist act, cyber-attack, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, cancellation or delay of/at Event, epidemic or pandemic, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.

DISPUTES/ARBITRATION: Sponsor’s (and its authorized representative’s) decisions are final and binding in all matters and disputes relating to this Promotion, including, but not limited to, interpretation and application of these Official Rules. For greater certainty, such matters and disputes are to be resolved in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering, entrants waive all rights to jury trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. For any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Promotion, entrants and Sponsor irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of a binding one-person arbitration panel located in Durango, CO. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAWS.
